EvaluationAt execute.dk, we constantly strive for getting better at what we do. In order for us to improve, all employees received a questionnaire about their work at COP15 when their employment with execute.dk had ended. 85 % of the employees filled in the questionnaire, and 93 % of these respondents answered that it had been an overall positive experience to work for execute.dk at COP15. Those who were not entirely satisfied typically felt that they had been over-qualified for the job. Some respondents had expected more challenging tasks, and others felt that they could have contributed far more in another, more important position. Our goal was to hire a strong and qualified team that would be able to take a step up the ladder anytime if necessary. execute.dk succeeded in filling all positions with employees who possessed a high level of knowledge about their specific work areas as well as about more general aspects. execute.dk presented a very professional and competent workforce at the hotels, the airport and not least at the Bella Center. Below, you can read some statements from responsible representatives from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UNFCCC: “… execute.dk was appointed to recruit and temporary hire all necessary attachés and UN Assistants in a variety of positions ranging from registration clerks, personal attachés for head of states to a personal assistant to head of logistics at UNFCCC.
