All employees were carefully and personally selected. execute.dk received more than 2000 relevant applications and out of these, approximately 700 applicants were called in for an interview. Only half of these were selected and subsequently offered employment at COP15. For execute.dk, it was essential to hire a workforce that was representative for talented and service-minded Danish people and that possessed a good and natural presence.

execute.dk was very focused on recruiting well-qualified persons for all positions. execute.dk’s intention was to find the best qualified employees who were able to ‘take a step up the ladder’ when the situation required so and to solve all tasks, large as well as small, with a smile and represent Denmark in the best way possible.
